About Us

My name is Marlinde and together with my Austrian Pinschers Nala I live in Uden, Noord-Brabant (NL). Already from an early age I have loved animals and chose to make my profession of it. I made the decision to study ‘Animal Management’ at van Hall Larenstein, University of Applied Sciences. During my study I specialized in the Major ‘Animal and Care’. Here I have had the most incredible experiences. I had an internship at a zoo, I went to Mexico for a course of Animal (Dolphin) Training. I also lived on Bali (Indonesia) for 6 months to work with Dolphin Therapy. Furthermore I stayed on Curaçao for 3 months to be part of the team of Curaçao Dolphin Therapy & Research Center. Finally I had an internship for 6 months at a care farm. Basically, I have had beautiful memories and experiences because of my study.

Thanks to Nala, my first Austrian Pinscher who has been a part of my life since 2011, I fell in love with the Austrian Pinscher breed and decided to start breeding. We are a small ‘kennel’ with occasionally a litter of puppies. From the first litter came Lexi, but unfortunately I had to give her a way, far to quickly… From the second litter came Bailey, who lives near Amsterdam and maybe will have puppies in the future in name of Kennel Choconala’s. More about Nala, Lexi, Bailey and the Austrian Pinscher breed can be found on this homepage.

Our Kennel

Since July 2013 we are an official by the Dutch Kennel Club (Raad van Beheer) approved kennel, named: CHOCONALA’S Choconala’s is member of the breed club V.F.L.D.   People wonder sometimes how we came up with this name… These pictures speaks for themselves! Also Lexi honors our kennel name!
